Wayzgoose Typography Conference
Brand Identity
The annual Wayzgoose is a typography conference hosted at the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. The goal was to craft an identity that honors the museum's rich history as the home of the world's largest wood type collection. Characteristics of traditional wood type allowed me to draw inspiration from the rustic charm of old saloons and Western aesthetics.
The result? A fresh design that pays homage to the museum's heritage. By blending traditional wood type characteristics with elements reminiscent of history, I crafted an identity that captures the essence of Wayzgoose and encourages continued interest in the museum.
